From GA 400 traveling south: Take Glenridge Connector Exit (1 exit, south of I-285). At traffic light, cross over Glenridge and into Glenridge Highlands. We are the first building on the right. Pass the building and turn right into the first parking garage for visitor parking. We are Suite 435. 

From GA 400 traveling north: Take Glenridge Connector Exit (the last exit before 285). At traffic light, turn left on Glenridge Connector (Crossing over 400) and take the first right into Glenridge Highlands. We are the first building on the right. Pass the building and turn right into the first parking garage for visitor parking. We are Suite 435.

Our community Sales Centers are open Monday - Saturday 11-6pm and Sundays 1-6pm.

Brownstones at Decatur / Townhomes from the $490s 
I-85 south to Clairmont exit. Turn south, toward Decatur. At intersection of Clairmont and Scott Blvd. turn left on Scott Blvd. The Brownstones at Decatur are 1/2 block ahead on the right.

I-285 to Roswell Road. Travel south on Roswell Rd toward Buckhead. Cross intersection with Piedmont Rd. Turn right on Habersham Rd. Take the first left on Honor Ave. and the Information Center is immediately on your left.

Cochran Farms / From the $600s and up
GA 400 North to exit 7B (Holcomb Bridge Rd.) Go West on Holcomb Bridge Rd. to a right onto Crabapple Rd. Left on Chaffin Rd. Turn left onto Coleman Drive and Cochran Farms is on your left.

I-75 N to west on South Marietta Pkwy. (Exit 263). Travel West on S. Marietta Pkwy. Turn right on Powder Springs Rd. Turn left on Whitlock Ave. Travel approx. 5 miles, go through light at John Ward Rd. and Hays Farm will be on the right.

GA-400 North to Exit 7b, Holcomb Bridge - Westbound. Turn left at light at Old Dogwood Rd. Pass the Doubletree Hotel. Heatherton will be on the left.

From Sandy Springs: Roswell Rd. south to West Wieuca Rd. Turn right. Pass by Chastain Park and turn left on Powers Ferry Rd. Turn right on Hillside Dr. Community will be on the left.

Park at Oglethorpe / From $1.3 Million +
From Buckhead take Peachtree Road North.  Go 1.2 miles past the Brookhaven MARTA station then take a left on Lanier Road just after passing Oglethorpe University. Take first left on Woodrow Way and the Park at Oglethorpe will be on your right.  Take the first right on Windsor Parkway and the main entrance will be on the right.

Riley's Walk / From the low $500s
Riley’s Walk is located across from the Smyrna Market Village. Take i285 to exit 18, Paces Ferry Road. Turn outside of the perimeter and drive approximately 1 mile, turning right onto Atlanta Road. Travel north 1.6 miles, crossing over Concord/Spring Road, and turn right onto Spring Street (across from Smyrna Market Village). Take an immediate left onto Roswell Street for approximately 1 block, then turn left onto Gilbert Street. Riley’s Walk will be on the right.

285 to Paces Ferry Exit. Travel north on Paces Ferry until it dead ends into South Atlanta Rd. Turn left on South Atlanta Rd. Stonehaven at Vinings will be on the right.

From Buckhead: Travel north on Peachtree Rd, away from Lenox Square. Turn right on Roxboro Rd. Turn left at light at East Paces Rd. into the gated community. Press gate code "00" to contact the sales center to open the gates.

I-85 to Exit 108 Sugarloaf Pkwy. Go East on Sugarloaf Pwky (toward Discover Mills). Take immediate left on North Brown Road. Cross over Sever Rd. Villages at Huntcrest is ahead on the right.

285 to Atlanta Road exit. Turn north (outside 285). Take your 1st left onto Pine Street. Go through the stop sign and turn right at the roundabout onto West Village Crossing. The Townhome Model and Sales Center will be down the hill on the right.
