How do we do it? By meeting or exceeding the requirements of the EarthCraft House and ENERGY STAR programs in every home we build. EarthCraft House is a voluntary “green” program that promotes environmental responsibility through a variety of avenues, including waste management, energy savings, site planning and more. ENERGY STAR, the US EPA label you commonly see on energy efficient items in stores, promotes the construction of homes that use energy wisely by their construction and high quality HVAC systems and appliances.
