Directions to our Corporate Office and Design Studio:

From GA 400 traveling south: Take Glenridge Connector Exit (1 exit, south of I-285). At traffic light, cross over Glenridge and into Glenridge Highlands. We are the first building on the right. Pass the building and turn right into the first parking garage for visitor parking. We are Suite 435.

From GA 400 traveling north: Take Glenridge Connector Exit (the last exit before 285). At traffic light, turn left on Glenridge Connector (Crossing over 400) and take the first right into Glenridge Highlands. We are the first building on the right. Pass the building and turn right into the first parking garage for visitor parking. We are Suite 435.

1. West Village - Townhomes and Craftsman-Style Homes / From the low $300s - $600s
285 to Atlanta Road exit. Turn north (outside 285). Take your 1st left at the light onto Pine Street. Follow to end and turn right at the center island onto West Village Crosing. The Sales Center and Townhom Decorated model will be down the hill on the right. For more community information, visit the West Village community website.

2. Stonehaven at Vinings / From the mid $600s
285 to Paces Ferry Exit. Travel north on Paces Ferry until it dead ends into South Atlanta Rd. Turn left on South Atlanta Rd. Stonehaven at Vinings will be on the right.

3. The Battery on Paces Ferry / From the $600s and up
I-285 to Paces Ferry exit. Turn south, inside 285. The Battery will be ahead on your right before the railroad tracks.

4. Riley's Walk / From the $500s
Riley's Walk is located across from the Smyrna Market Village. Take I-285 to exit 18, Paces Ferry Road. Turn outside of the perimeter and drive approximately 1 mile, turning right onto Atlanta Road. Travel north 1.6 miles, crossing over Concord/Spring Road, and turn right onto Spring Street (across from Smyrna Market Village). Take an immediate left onto Roswell Street for approximately 1 block, then turn left onto Gilbert Street. Riley's Walk will be on the right.

5. Hays Farm / From the $500s
I-75 N to west on South Marietta Pkwy. (Exit 263). Travel West on S. Marietta Pkwy. Turn right on Powder Springs Rd. Turn left on Whitlock Ave. Travel approx. 5miles, go through light at John Ward Rd. and Hays Farm will be on the right.

GA-400 North to Exit 7b, Holcomb Bridge - Westbound. Turn left at light at Old Dogwood Rd. Pass the Doubletree Hotel. Heatherton will be on the left.

I-85 to Exit 108 Sugarloaf Pkwy. Go East on Sugarloaf Pwky (toward Discover Mills). Take immediate left on North Brown Road. Cross over Sever Rd. The single-family homes in the Villages at Huntcrest are ahead on the right.

I-85 south to Clairmont exit. Turn south, toward Decatur. At intersection of Clairmont and Scott Blvd. turn left on Scott Blvd. The Brownstones are 1/2 block ahead on the right.

I-285 to Roswell Rd. exit, turn South toward Buckhead. Travel for 1 mile, left at traffic light onto Glenridge. Travel for ½ mile and turn right onto Greenland.

From Buckhead go North on Peachtree Road (pass Oglethorpe University) and turn left on Lanier. Turn left on Woodrow Way and the Sales Center will be ahead on the right.

12. Brownstones at Habersham / Luxury Townhomes From the $600s and up
I-285 to Roswell Road. Travel south on Roswell Road toward Buckhead. Cross intersection with Piedmont Rd. Turn right at next light on Habersham Road. Take the next left onto Honor Avenue and the Information Center will be immediately on the left in the corner townhome.

From Sandy Springs: Roswell Road south to West Wieuca Road. Turn right. Pass by Chastain Park and turn left on Powers Ferry Road. Turn right on Hillside Drive. Go through one stop sign and the community will be ahead on the left..
