She wanted us to see Monte Hewett’s existing communities and make sure we felt comfortable with the type of builder they are before she would even take our money. That gave me confidence in the builder.

Denice Adams was helpful through the entire process of making selections, offering recommendations that she thought would suit our tastes. When we asked to change the front elevation, we were allowed to work directly with the architect so he could adjust it to our liking. I’ve built five homes over the last nine years and, in the end, it was the first one that actually looked like the rendering. Everything was customized. I felt like this was a very biased process in my favor the whole time.

At every single touch point, they went above and beyond. I will build with Monte Hewett Homes from now on as long as they’re where I want to build.
